Hi,

I will not be introducing training boons into the game unless it is a major story reward. Feel free to put it in your wishlist.

I am considering Wind through the Willows but in my opinion it far outshines other level 3 options in PHB3.

No, it's not Essentials. PHH stand for 'Player's Handbook Heroes' - it's the power cards that came with the little miniatures. Each booster pack of minis is organized along a power source, and comes with a few power cards each for that power source.

My Level 19 Drop is the 'Belt of Breaching' from Adventurer's Vault. Item property: when I drop an enemy, I can spend a healing surge and then teleport 5 squares.

This feat is much stronger than dwarven weapon training, goliath weapon training and valenar weapon training. Gives you more damage than epic weapon focus and superior weapon proficiency. I dont think this will be approved unless u can cite similar feats.
